Shipping, Order Cancellation & Return Policy

At Regen Studio, we operate in full compliance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Sales Contracts for all purchases made via www.regen-studio.com. Below you will find detailed information regarding shipping, order cancellations, and return conditions.

Shipping Terms

Once your order is confirmed, the products are carefully prepared and dispatched as soon as possible via our partnered courier service or by special delivery method. Delivery times may vary depending on the product’s nature, production lead time, and the shipping address.

If the packaging appears damaged or the product is faulty upon delivery, the item must be inspected in the presence of the courier. In case of visible damage, a report must be filed, and the product should not be accepted. Once we receive the report, the item will be replaced free of charge.

For international deliveries, unless otherwise stated, shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer. If any damage occurs during transit, a written notification must be submitted within 3 business days after delivery.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellations made before the production process begins are accepted unconditionally, and the payment will be refunded through the original payment method.

However, in the case of custom orders (involving specific dimensions, colors, finishes, or fabrics), cancellations are not accepted once production has started. Regen Studio reserves the right to claim compensation for production costs incurred.

In case of extraordinary circumstances or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, supply chain issues, logistic delays), the customer will be informed of any delays in production or delivery. If a cancellation is requested under such conditions, a full refund will be issued within 14 days via the original payment method.

Right of Withdrawal & Return Process

Customers may return a product without any justification within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and undamaged,

  • It is returned in its original packaging with all accessories,

  • The original invoice is included.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for international orders and non-promotional returns.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
No product is considered “final sale.”

To exercise your right of withdrawal, a written request must be sent to info@regen-studio.com within 14 days of delivery. The return process will then proceed according to the instructions provided.

Once the returned item is received by Regen Studio, the full product cost will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.

Products Not Eligible for Return

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Customized products made to order with specific dimensions, finishes, or materials at the customer’s request,

  • Products that have been assembled, installed, or used,

  • Services that have already been partially or fully rendered.

By placing such orders, the customer agrees in advance that these items are non-returnable.

Default & Legal Obligations

In the event that payment is not completed or is canceled by the bank, Regen Studio is not obligated to fulfill the order. If production has already begun, Regen Studio reserves the right to seek compensation for any resulting damages.

For credit card purchases, if the customer defaults, the terms of the agreement between the cardholder and the issuing bank will apply, including any resulting fees, interest, or legal proceedings.
