Delivery, Order Cancellation and Return Policy
As Regen Studio, we act in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Contracts Regulation in all your shopping transactions through www.regen-studio.com. All details regarding order cancellation, product return and delivery conditions are provided below.

Delivery Conditions
The products you purchase are carefully prepared as soon as possible after order confirmation and delivered to you by a contracted cargo company or special delivery method. Delivery times may vary depending on the nature of the product, production time and delivery address.

Products with damaged or defective packaging must be checked in front of the cargo officer during delivery. If damage is detected, a report must be kept and the product must not be accepted. The product will be replaced with a new one free of charge in line with the notifications made together with the report.

For international deliveries, shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise stated. In case of any damage that may occur during transportation in international shipments, written notification must be made within 3 business days after the product is received.

Order Cancellation
After the order is confirmed, cancellation requests made before the production process begins are accepted unconditionally and the paid amount is refunded using the same method of payment.

However, for personalized orders such as special sizes, colors, coatings or fabric preferences, there is no right to cancel after the production process has started. In this case, Regen Studio reserves the right to reimburse the costs incurred during the production process.

If there is a delay in the production or delivery of the order due to extraordinary circumstances or force majeure (natural disaster, supply problems, logistics disruptions, etc.), the buyer will be informed and if the order is requested to be canceled, the return process will be initiated. The return process will be completed within 14 days depending on your payment method.

Right of Withdrawal and Return Process
The buyer may return the product he/she has received, without giving any reason, by exercising his/her right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery. The product to be returned;

Must be unused and undamaged,

Must be complete with its original packaging and all accessories, if any.

It must be sent back to Regen Studio along with its invoice.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer for international orders and in cases other than campaigns.
No restocking fee is charged for returned products.
Any product purchased is not in "final sale" status.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to submit a written application to info@regen-studio.com within 14 days of the product delivery. The return process is carried out in accordance with the steps that will be notified to the buyer after the application.

After the returned product reaches the Company, the product price will be refunded within 14 days at the latest, using the same method of payment.

Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

Products manufactured with special features such as size, color, coating or fabric upon the buyer's request,

Products that have been installed, assembled or used,

Transactions that have the nature of a service and whose execution has begun.

The buyer accepts in advance when placing an order that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for such products.

Default Event and Legal Obligations
In case the buyer does not pay the product price or the transaction is cancelled by the bank, Regen Studio's obligation to deliver the product is eliminated. If the production process has started for orders that have not been paid, Regen Studio reserves its legal rights to compensate for the damages it has suffered.

In case of default in purchases made with a credit card, the buyer is subject to the provisions of the contract signed with the bank and is responsible for any interest, expenses and liabilities arising from legal processes.
