(Hereinafter referred to as "BUYER")

By accepting this contract, the BUYER accepts that he/she is obliged to pay the price of the product ordered and, if any, additional charges such as shipping and taxes.

2. Definitions

Ministry: Ministry of Commerce

Law: Consumer Protection Law No. 6502

Regulation: Distance Contracts Regulation (OG: 27.11.2014/29188)

Service: Transactions performed in return for a fee other than providing goods.

Goods: Movable goods or digital content subject to sale

Contract: This contract is made between SELLER and BUYER.

Topic 3

This contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the BUYER through the SELLER's website.

4. Product Information

The product ordered by the BUYER from the website;

Type, kind, quantity, color, size and production features

Unit price and total cost

Delivery information and time
Information such as will be specified at the order stage.

In personalized productions, the product is prepared in line with all preferences such as fabric, size, finish, etc. selected by the BUYER.

5. Delivery and Invoice Information

The products are sent to the delivery address specified by the BUYER within 30 days from the date of order. Delivery time may vary for special productions. The product must be checked at the time of delivery and a report must be kept if damaged.

Invoices are sent to the BUYER's e-mail address as an e-archive.

6. Payment and Order Confirmation

When the BUYER approves the contract, he/she is deemed to have accepted the following:

Obligation to pay the price of the product

If the order is custom made, it cannot be cancelled.

Additional documents may be requested as part of possible security checks for payments made by credit card.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer may exercise his/her right of withdrawal within 14 days from delivery. However, this right cannot be exercised for personalized products.

In order for the right of withdrawal to be valid:

The product must be unused and undamaged.

It must be returned with its invoice and all accessories, if any.

Return shipping cost belongs to the BUYER.

8. Cases in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

Products manufactured according to the BUYER's special preferences

Used or installed products

Service contracts if the service has started to be performed

9. Default Event

BUYER agrees that if the payment is not made on time, he/she will bear legal interest and all expenses related to the collection of the debt.

10. Dispute Status

In consumer disputes;

District/Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees

Consumer Courts
Authority limits are determined annually by the Ministry of Commerce.

11. Evidence Agreement

In case of disputes that may arise from this contract, SELLER's digital records and documents may be used as evidence in accordance with Article 193 of the Civil Procedure Code.

12. Entry into force

This contract comes into force when it is approved by the BUYER on the website. Completion of the order means that the terms of the contract are accepted.
